* Before Assembly the body of valves are with epoxy paint, thickness of 150 Microns (Min.) colour Blue/ Black for CI (GG 25)/ DI (GGG 40)/ WCB (A 216 WCB). The discs made of CI (GG 25)/ DI (GGG 40)/ WCB (A 216 WCB) are coated with epoxy paint, thickness 2.7 mills in white colour.Special Coating for Food Products can be applied to the disc on request.
Every individual valve manufactured at HK is inspected and pressure tested, for which test certificates are provided according to ISO 10474/ EN 10204 3.1 B
